An Update Is Available For Your Computer

The cartoon was written by a Linux user but he doesn’t have to make himself feel better. He ALREADY feels better because he knows Linux can do anything Windows and Mac can but it’s all free. By “all free” I mean everything… the OS, the apps, the updates to the OS, the updates to the apps, no matter whether those are major updates or minor updates and bug fixes.

Upgrades from one version of Windows to another have been priced ridiculously and mostly what you get is just new eye candy. Linux has all that eye candy and more and it’s free.

Creator Of Personal Computer, iPad, iPod, iPhone. Apple Chief Steve Jobs Dies

The mastermind behind Apple’s iPhone, iPad, iPod, iMac and iTunes, Steve Jobs has died, Apple said. Jobs was 56. Mourners have gathered outside Apple stores in the US in an outpouring of grief, after the company announced today its founder and former CEO Steve Jobs had passed away from pancreatic cancer.
Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.

He was a college dropout who became obsessed with computers while working at Hewlett Packard over summer to raise money for an overseas trip, NY Daily News reports

There he met Steve Wozniak, and the friends later founded Apple Computer together in his parents’ garage in 1976, when Jobs was 21-years-old .

The company released the Apple I, and the Apple II. Four years later, at the age of 25, Jobs was worth US$239million.

He was fired from Apple the following year, in 1985, after a power struggle with the board. Jobs then acquired animation studio Pixar and turned it into a blockbuster-making powerhouse.

His return to Apple as CEO in 1997 saw a renaissance for the struggling company, starting with the popular iMac computer. Under his guidance, Apple revolutionised the music industry with the introduction of iPods and the iTunes store.

Apple shook up the mobile phone industry with the launch of the iPhone. Steve Jobs also oversaw the introduction of the iPad tablet computer in 2010.

He is survived by his wife Laurene and four children.

When Apple And Blackberry Were Just Fruits

Gone are the days when research was done flipping the hard copy of every book ‘with a touch’. This has drastically changed with the dawn of technology.

In a new study, it has been revealed that technology is killing traditional face-to-face conversation. This is very true when we think of the ways we exist today. Almost all forms of communication are done using mobiles, Internet browsing, chatting online, text messaging and emailing, which take away the time we used to spend with the family. The conventional conversation seems to be out of our priorities.

Besides, social networking sites and chat rooms are also to be blamed for the words which are misspelled these days. We tend to type words in short in a hurry and that becomes habitual. There’s a general attitude that correcting mistakes aren’t called for in web chat rooms. Unconventional spellings are accepted as it is faster to type them and this has become a norm. In contrast, earlier the handwriting and dictation were quite factually highlighted even in writing a simple letter.

Yes! Life indeed is much easier with the `Blackberries` and the `Apples`, but these sure haven’t made our life more peaceful.

The iPhone 5, Features, Benefits, Concept. Loads Of Blah Blah

Amazing Concept iPhone 5. This CG iPhone 5 has advanced iPhone features such as a sleeker iPhone design, a laser keyboard & holographic display all rolled into this iPhone 5 video.

The computer generated Concept iPhone 5 features is an exponential leap to the iPhone 4 or iPhone 3gs of today.

We hope you enjoy this iPhone 5 video more than the current trend of iPhone 5 rumors such as iPhone 5 leaked and iPhone 5 unboxing videos. Apple is yet to make the iPhone 5 announcement. So have your fill of this new iPhone video before the iPhone 5 release.

Why is everyone goin all crazy over this CONCEPT ?! .. dont you people understand what concept means ?

Plus the technology that this CONCEPT uses is way too high so

If the technology exists.. it would be too expensive. If it exists with a reasonable price.. it would need a nuclear battery to run it for 2 hours, and speaking o which ,, where is the battery ?!

I love how people believe that a hologram can be projected onto nothing. Thin air. Zip. Zero. Zilch. I don’t work like that. Besides, the thing is so thin if you drop it even once its gonna shatter.

Nice video effects but I don’t think the iPhone 5 will have these capabilities. I don’t think holographics like this will become a reality in the near future. I think the keyboard concept might not be too far in the future though as I have seen other experimental technology with this capability.
